  1. What is Ma' Hidden Kitchen Supper Club?

    We are member's only private club, based in Milan, Italy. You will be given the full address right after your purchase. If you want to book an experience with us you have to be sure to have previously filled this form: http://www.mahksc.com/membership/ . We host several kinds of experiences: social dining, live acoustic concerts, sunday brunch, cooking classes, theatre plays and private parties. Concerning social dining we have one communal table that fits 15 people. We offer a 5 courses prix fixed menu which changes daily. We operate from 3 to 5 days a week according to our calendar.

  2. How do I make a reservation?

    We operate on a special ticketing system. We do not take reservations. Dining tickets are purchased online through our website (www.mahksc.com). If you do not see available tickets or your desired party size, it means we are currently sold out.

  3. Can I buy tickets for 5 or more people?

    No, our largest party size is 4 people per experience. We have 15 seats communal table but we want you to be social with the other guests. If you are more than 5 people you can book the whole venue for a private experience for you and your friends. In this case write an email to ma@mahksc.it

  4. Ticket system log-out times:

    lease be aware that you will have 10 minutes to complete the transaction once tickets are selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.

  5. Why do you use tickets instead of reservations?

    MAHKSC is a small space, and we want to create an intimate and socialising environment for our guests. Ticketing allows us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.

  6. What does my ticket include?

    If it's a social dinner experience: a 5 courses fixed menu including wine, water, coffee and after dinner liquors. if it's a cooking class: 3 hours class and dinner wine and water included. If it's a theatre play or a live acoustic concert: aperitivo (food and drinks) and show.

  7. Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my ticket for a different night?

    o. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We cannot cancel your ticket or reschedule it for another night. If you cannot come, we recommend that you transfer your tickets to someone else.

  8. Can I give my ticket away or sell it?

    Yes. The ticket is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through the restaurant's official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations.

  9. How do I transfer my ticket?

    To transfer a ticket, log in to your account, go to the "My Account" area using the upper right navigation pane and select "Your Tickets". Each ticket has a transfer button next to it.

  10. What is on the menu?

    The menu will vary. We find and source the best ingredients possible to serve one nightly 5-course menu.

  11. Will you accommodate allergies?

    f you have a specific and serious allergy, please email ma@mahksc.it 48 hours prior to your reservation date. We cannot accommodate all allergies, but if there is anything we can do it is better for us to know before you arrive for dinner. Given the severity of risk in modifying a dish that may have an allergic component we are often unable to modify the menu for allergies or dietary restrictions. If we are able to, we will substitute a dish that is safe for you to consume.

  12. Will you accommodate vegetarians?

    Please inform us at ma@mahksc.it at least 48 hours before your reservation date.

  13. Do you allow corkage?

    Yes you can bring your own bottle with non corkage fee.

  14. Do you take walk-ins?

    No.

  15. Will my dinner be affected if I am late for my reservation?

    It is our intent for all of our guests to experience the full menu and dining experience we have taken so much care to create. If you (or a dining partner) are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to start service before your whole party arrives. So please show up on time.

  16. Can I take photos?

    Yes you can, but please keep cell phones and cameras off the table and the kitchen counter during your meal
